Contact CoatedMagnets

Use email for the first RFQ. A clear first message makes sample review and quotation more efficient.

Best first contact

Email is best when you need to attach drawings, reference photos, tolerance notes, and application details.

What to send

Include dimensions, target pull force, coating preference, environment, annual quantity, and any packaging constraints.

If you are not sure about the coating

Describe corrosion, abrasion, outdoor exposure, and the contact surface. Coating options can be reviewed from there.

What Happens After the First Email

A useful first inquiry should lead quickly into technical clarification instead of generic back-and-forth.

01

Initial review

Check whether the request matches an existing product family or needs a custom assembly path.

02

Clarify missing points

Fill in dimensions, tolerance, pull force, coating, environment, and packing constraints if they were not in the first message.

03

Sample or quotation decision

Decide whether the project can move directly to quote or should pass through a sample confirmation stage first.

04

Production and shipment alignment

Confirm quantity split, carton method, labels, and delivery expectations before volume release.

RFQ checklist

  • Drawing or clear reference photo
  • Magnet size, tolerance, and assembly direction
  • Target pull force and operating temperature
